As the construction project management firm, Daccord worked closely with the developers, architects, general contractor and hotel management team to guide the construction process from groundbreaking to grand opening. The Godfrey Hotel Detroit is an exceptional 227-room luxury lifestyle hotel located in Detroit’s historic Corktown neighborhood. Daccord managed the construction of the hotel’s guest rooms, public spaces, and food and beverage outlets, including:
- The 5,500 SF luxury ballroom
- The stylish Lobby Bar
- The I/O Rooftop Lounge, Detroit’s largest open-air rooftop bar featuring a retractable glass roof and walls
- Hamilton’s Corktown, the hotel’s inviting full-service restaurant
