Josh Bialk, with over 20 years of construction experience including over 10 years at Daccord can expertly integrate design, construction management, and problem-solving methodologies to deliver cohesive project solutions. “I’ve been fortunate to work closely with the founding partners Jerry, Dave, and Len on many cool projects over my 12 years at Daccord,” said Bialk. “Together with Olga and Todd, I look forward to continuing Daccord’s tradition of leadership, construction expertise, objectivity, and adding value to project teams to ensure a successful outcome for our clients and projects.”
Olga Mirkin draws from a diverse international background and extensive experience in construction project management. She brings a unique, anticipatory approach to challenges, leveraging her multifaceted knowledge to provide clear, client-focused solutions. “It’s an honor to step into this new role,” Mirkin said. “With our rebrand, I am more committed than ever to bringing our clients’ projects into focus.”
Todd Mullen, has over three decades of real estate and development experience managing diverse teams and projects. Todd leverages his significant experience in construction, tax credit development, TIF work, project analysis, zoning, community outreach, and permitting oversight to effectively manage projects. “Our rebranding underscores our dedication to helping our clients reach their clearly defined goals.
