Daccord understands the building development life-cycle from start to finish.  Our experienced multidisciplinary team efficiently coordinates all aspects of design and construction management by providing clarity and focus throughout our projects.

Daccord was formed by integrating the key experiences developed through the three founding partner’s extensive careers into a shared ambition: to create a full-service project management firm that can service the entire development life cycle.

Formed by the founding partners; Len Skiba, Jerry Strum, Dave Gutierrez  in 2005, Daccord has succeeded in fulfilling their goal to provide high quality project management services truly benefiting the owners, developers, contractors, architects and engineers on the multiple projects in Daccord’s portfolio.
