Chris Hill

Having enjoyed several key management positions and appointments in the private and public sector, Chris’ real estate experience is unique.

Chris provides creative insight and analysis of project launch components including site selection, site utilization, public and private financing, zoning and entitlements, governmental partnering and community process and support.

Prior to joining Daccord, Chris served as the Commissioner of Planning and Development at the City of Chicago, and as Executive Director of the Public Building Commission of Chicago. Previously, he was the Director of Grubb & Ellis and Vice President of Real Estate Finance at the First National Bank of Chicago. Chris began his career as a licensed architect at Pappageorge Haymes.

Chris has a Bachelor’s of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago where he graduated with Honors and High Distinction in Design. Chris is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
