- Facilitate site and existing structure due diligence.
- Manage the entitlement, permit and other governmental and community approval processes.
- Implement a procurement strategy for assembling the project team including design, construction and specialty consultants, and managing business conditions.
- Prepare conceptual budgets and schedules.
- Manage the design and pre-construction activities to meet the budget and schedule.
- Manage FF&E, OSE and other non-construction owner cost.
- Coordinate technical reviews.
- Formulate construction delivery methods.
- Manage construction procurement for the delivery method.
- Manage budget, schedule, payout process and field issues during construction.
- Coordinate the project close out activities from punch list through move–in.
