Our Project Delivery System is designed to manage for results and provide project leadership to successfully deliver projects on budget and on schedule, including:

• Facilitate site and existing structure due diligence.
• Manage the entitlement, permit and other governmental and community approval processes.
• Implement a procurement strategy for assembling the project team including design, construction and specialty consultants, and managing business conditions.
• Prepare conceptual budgets and schedules.
• Manage the design and pre-construction activities to meet the budget and schedule.
• Manage FF&E, OSE and other non-construction owner cost.
• Coordinate technical reviews.
• Formulate construction delivery methods.
• Manage construction procurement for the delivery method.
• Manage budget, schedule, payout process and field issues during construction.
• Coordinate the project close out activities from punch list through move–in.
